Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you’ve cooked, please wipe down the stove and countertops. No shoes in house, there is a vacuum in the garage.
Please put any used towels in the washer and start it before leaving or by 10 AM. We will strip the beds unless you prefer to do it optional.
You are welcome to leave any leftover food condiments I will offer it to the next guest or donate to a family in need or the homeless shelter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect, great location. Kitchen had everything that we needed. Everything was so clean and organized. We had a hiccup with the check in process. It was not the hosts fault, but they were very kind and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again next time we come up to visit family.

The property is excellent--3 nice bedrooms plus a spacious living room and kitchen. The house is very clean and nicely decorated. The hosts were very communicative and accommodating. The location is great for easy access to shopping within Anchorage, and the highway is only a few minutes away.

We spent 3 nights here and found everything to be excellent! The home has a well stocked kitchen to cook most of our meals there. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we ever make it back to Anchorage.

This house is located near everything to enjoy the anchorage area. The house has a older foundation but everything is pretty modern inside. We enjoyed the fenced in background, no views but its fairly private & spacious. the neighborhood looks out dated but its very quiet and seems safe. It is a great price for what you get!PS Believe the hype about the mattress & pillow probably the comfiest set we've ever used!

Great Place Great Hostess
