Sleeping up to six adults, with additional space for two small children on the queen sleeper sofa, the home offers two king beds, two twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa, making it perfect for families or groups.

For outdoor fun, guests can enjoy four complimentary adult bicycles and four beach chairs, making it easy to reach the nearby sandy shores. The townhome was just as described. There was plenty of room for four adults and a small pet. Note that there is a significant pet fee.The kitchen is well stocked. Easy check-in process. The host responded quickly. I would recommend.

Bigger than expected

Photos seem to make places look bigger than they are, but we were pleasantly surprised at the size of the place. Lots of room for the 4 of us without tripping over each other. Bedrooms were comfortable and well equipped. Kitchen was overly stocked with anything we needed. The beach chairs were a plus and having the bikes available right away was super nice. Highly recommend this location; we would return.

House was clean and comfortable and its location was a short walk to the beach. The amenities for families with small children puts it over the top. A wagon with beach toys made it easy to bring everything needed to the beach and we took advantage of the pack n play for our son to sleep in. There was also a box of toys which our kids loved to play with. A short walk or easy drive to get to all the sites on the island. We would definitely try and stay here on our next visit.

Great Stay, Property as Described

My family and I had a great week in Hilton Head. The property is as depicted in the photographs and we had absolutely no issues. The bikes and leftover beach supplies were a welcomed touch. The closest public access to the beach was less than 10 minutes by bike and a very manageable walk. There are a number of other listings (not same owner) in the same development - just across the parking lot. We had family stay in 2 of those and all the cousins got to hang out, which was a nice option to have. This property was the best of the bunch.

It was very spacious, comfortable and felt like home. There was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked. And the bikes, beach wagon and chairs were nice to have. Neighborhood is quiet and the residents that we met were very friendly. I would highly recommend this condo. If we have the opportunity to get back to HHI, we would definitely rent here again!

Not incredibly peaceful since there was constant tree work and the trash dumpster behind the unit. Pool was quite crowded most days. There was an issue with mold in the master bathroom.

So sorry to hear about the noise! The owners plan to remove the popcorn ceiling and replace the vent fan in that bathroom to prevent moisture from being held. High humidity in the summer makes this a tough thing to prevent.

Great Spring Break Rental

I stayed at this location with my parents, husband, 9 month old daughter, and two dogs the last week of March 2023. When we arrived the unit was immaculate and well stocked for a family. We had access to: beach chairs, wagon, beach toys, pack and play, baby books and toys, as well as all expected items like linens, dishes, ect. It took a little trial and error to find the best route to the beach. There were. a few options, all about a 10-15 minute walk. We figured out the 54A beach path worked best for us but there were several others that were very accessible to us as well. The unit is large, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We had a great stay and hopefully will return in future years!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our first stay in South Forest Beach. Townhouse was well designed with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The home was not as clean as we would have liked and there was a smell of "cat" on sofa near kitchen. Townhouse community is very crowded and parking is extremely tight. Seems neighbors keep an eye out for seasonal renters. Went to pool and f/t residents knew where we were from and which house we rented. Odd conversation to say the least. Washer and dryer were a challenge. Washer only washes in one mode and dryer took forever to dry towels. Bikes were nice addition. Took many trips to local cafes and shops. Overall okay rental, thank goodness it was recently remodeled. Loudly heard other renter neighbors complaining about condition of their townhouse. Yikes!

Due to this review we have sent a technician to look at the washing machine and dryer. Awesome Dog Friendly Villa!

This was our first visit to Hilton Head Island that we booked kind of last minute. We would have preferred a place directly on the beach however this location was perfect and accommodated a dog - only a short walk or bike ride to the Adler beach access. We could have easily walked to Coligny Beach and Plaza area for dinner but we chose to drive because it was so hot and humid. The villa itself was awesome! Cutely decorated and had everything we needed! The check in was easy and the property manager company was very responsive. We arrived to the island early so I emailed asking to be notified if the unit was available before the 4pm check in. She replied immediately and we luckily got into the unit early. We discovered that 1 of the 4 beach chairs that are included was broken and a second one was very rusted. I emailed the property manager and she quickly had 2 new chairs dropped off that day. The pool near the unit was small, but nice. We utilized it the day it was calling for rain. Only drawback is the water felt like bath water because it was so warm outside. We drove a large 7 passenger conversion van and the parking spots were very tight. We had to carefully maneuver out of the spot. Would be nice to have assigned parking spots. Again, the unit was awesome and we will definitely be back to Hilton Head. If we need a place off the shore, we will definitely rent this unit again!

Short walk too the beach?

Love the property but it was a long walk too the beach 15 to 20 minutes too beach. By foot, I like being right on the beach. It was Father‘s then I thought it was to the beach. Otherwise it was good. Very nice Condo. Parking was hard very close.

Outstanding place for dog owners

We really wanted a place on the beach but as we had 2 dogs and 8 people, our options were limited. We loved the photos of this place but we still weren’t sure how it’d be. Once we arrived, it really exceeded our expectations. The bike ride to the beach is so easy, but If you’re with a larger group, you do have to strategize to get everyone there. But we were so satisfied with the cleanliness, all that was provided, and the proximity to other things. And not to mention check out is so easy here! We definitely want to return back in the future
