Walk to Beach, restaurants and shops “The Estate” a truly vintage home

Island Rum Suites newest addition is this adorable 1950's vacation home super close to Indian Rocks Beach, nature parks, a water park, boating, marinas, bike trails, bars, pubs, restaurants and shopping.
We were able to keep the original pine cabinets, tile and terrazzo floors have been just refinished.
There is free WiFi.....BLAZING fast Spectrum internet and a TV in the living room with access to all the streaming services. Some are free or you can login to your own Netflix, Hulu, HBOGO, etc.
Guests have plenty of parking for 2 cars off the street and free of charge.
Guest can enjoy the beautiful morning and evening skies from the front yard and patio under the carport.
The Estate has a full kitchen with everything you need for a quick weekend get-a-way or a few months in the winter. It also has 2 king beds, washer and dryer, beach chairs, beach and bath towels, beach wagon, charcoal grill, patio and bed linens are all included.
A perfect location, great neighborhood, its quiet and most residents have lived here for years.
We have been known as clean freaks since we wash all bedding, quilts, pillow shams and blankets between each guest, so you can rest easy knowing this!

Nice decorations, appreciated the use of the washer/dryer. The property manager was very courteous. I only wished that the air conditioner would go lower than 70, it was warm at night. Overall, really enjoyed our stay!

FANTASTIC last minute long weekend

I booked this property very last minute to make it to the funeral of a family member (while also intending to enjoy FL beaches during the trip) and I am so very glad I decided to book this location! We LOVED that it was within walking distance of Indian Rocks Beach, and the property was everything we could have asked for. The wagon, beach chairs and towels were so helpful. I would love to stay here again!

Very quiet area. Great yard. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Except umbrellas which we left some for future guests. The local parks close to the house are wonderful. Needed more time to explore them though.

What a wonderful opportunity to stay in a traditional Florida home. This home is so well taken care of and ready for guests. Everything you need for a carefree vacation. Would highly recommend.

A real home away from home

We have had the privilege of staying at Lynne's properties before and did not hesitate to book with her again. She must have been a girl scout, because she literally thinks of every little thing that one might need. The home is spotless, comfy and the neighborhood is very quiet. It is walking distance to the beach. Thanks for a great stay & you know we'll be back

We bought our first house on this same street in 1986. It was our first house and we raised our children here.

What makes this property unique

We own an operate all of our Vacation Rentals, we are hands-on as a family, and we handle any issues that may arise immediately.
We are also very close to Indian Rocks Beach under a mile to walk if you don’t want to deal with parking, we do provide a beach wagon, cooler and chairs for your trip trips to the beach
