Beautiful fully renovated apartment ideally located between Les Minimes and the old port. You are 5 minutes walk from Gabut ferry that will allow you to enjoy the city without the inconvenience. (Noise, parking difficulties) You will be surprised by the calm of this apartment which overlooks a pedestrian street. If you have bicycles, you can also put them in the locked bike room.

Appartement conforme à l'annonce avec un parking souterrain, ce qui est très appréciable à La Rochelle.
Mais un souci de ménage est à déplorer à notre arrivée. Nous avons dû nettoyer les sols de toutes les pièces, jonchés de cheveux, poils de chien... dommage, surtout en période de Covid.

Lovely flat
We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment, which was modern, clean, and well equipped. Lots of storage space, nice-sized rooms, perfect for a family of four with young children. The location is also great, a 5 to 10 minute walk to the old town.
Please note that linen is not included so you will need to take your own duvets, sheets and towels. Cleaning is also not included in the rental price so this is something you have to do yourself before departure. (A few days before our stay we were also asked to pay an additional 100 Euros deposit - on top of the 300 Euros provided to Home Away - in case the flat wasn’t left clean. However, when we queried this it was waived.)
