Great one family home in a quiet, safe family neighborhood. 1,700 square feet recently updated with open floor plan! Hardwoods throughout, clean, recently remodeled. Central air, new heating and new appliances. Nice open floor plan- Two and a half baths, decks, large master suite with own bath and walk in closet - french doors with wall mounted TV and own deck= PRIVACY. Centrally located, 10 minutes to Block Island Ferry, Roger Wheeler Beach, Galilee, Narragansett Town Beach, Narragansett Pier shopping and restaurants and Wakefield. 15 minutes to Bonnet Shores, 5 Minutes to Scarborough Beach and grocery store around the corner, ice cream etc.

This house has a large master suite with a king bed, a bedroom with a queen sized bed, and another bedroom with a queen size bed. Two and a half bathrooms, two decks, quiet neighborhood, laundry and open floor plan. There is a bonus room off the main deck for relaxation as well as a finished basement and an outdoor shower. There is also outdoor seating and off- street parking!

We spent last week at this great property. The location is convenient to all that Narragansett has to offer. The neighborhood is quiet. My husband and I, our two adult daughters and a 2 year old grandchild were very comfortable. While our son-in-laws were not able to join us, there is plenty of space had they been there. Four bedrooms, all with ample storage, 3 living areas indoors and 3 outdoor living areas make this house unique. There is also an office that my husband made use of during a work call! The kitchen is one of the most well stocked that we have come across in a rental property for all cooking needs. The two car garage allowed us to store beach items and stroller indoors without worrying about getting sand indoors. There were plenty of bath towels, and the bed linens were comfortable. I hated to leave and can't wait to go back to this comfortable adorable home!

Comfy, Clean, and Convenient

What a beautiful home! House looks better in person! A perfect lay out, kids can play, watch TV in basement while adults do their thing upstairs. Or, you can all cuddle on comfy living room coach to watch family movie. The house is minutes away from great beaches, restaurants, sightseeing, and amusement park. We would definitely rent this house again!!!

Fantastic

Impressively comfortable and clean. The owner was very helpful and very responsive. The house was spacious with plenty of room for all my guests. Would definitely go back.
