Just Beachy on Grant Place Papamoa Beach Pad

Just by the beach (1 minute walk to dunes) this very spacious, private beach pad has 1 bedroom and a queen size bed, plus 2 sofabeds in the lounge as well that open out into double beds. One bathroom and a full kitchen with oven, stove top, fridge and microwave plus standard kitchen utensils. Laundry with washing machine. Private back garden fully fenced with outdoor table set and a shed for gear storage. Fully furnished with lovely white linen and towels, plus duvets and pillows. Office desk and chair too.

5 minutes drive to shopping malls, cinemas and restaurants. 2 Minutes walk to the waters edge for swimming, surfing fishing or just lazying around. it stretches for miles. . Bus stop just around corner. Summerhill mountain biking 15 minutes drive.

Very handy location

The property was very conveniently located close to Papamoa beach and within easy driving distance to other key locations including Mount Maunganui and Tauranga. Everything in the property was as indicated in the property listing.
