Staying oceanfront is quite dreamy when you rent this gem. Monthly winter rentals are now open but will fill up quickly. Boasting both city and ocean views, you will be impressed!Loaded with amenities you will find this condo to be everything you need with two flat-screen TVs and secure WIFI. The ocean view master bedroom is quite elegant featuring breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Stay in bed watching the white seagulls flutter above the ocean or listening to the rolling ocean waves. The living room and the bedroom also have access to the outdoor ocean balcony. This is a pet friendly resort, one pet under 20lbs with a $250 pet deposit.Patricia Grande has a very nice business center, restaurant and fabulous fitness center. November at the beach

Overall our stay was very nice, and the place was in good shape. We would certainly stay there again. The only notes would be the bed on the right, and the air conditioner in the bedroom. The bed was sunken in the middle and is probably due for replacement. The bedroom A/C unit was loud as it cycled off.

The unit was horribly smelly, and it was coming from the closet, which gave the whole place a really bad smelled and feeling of not being clean, and I could not stand to touch anything in that unit I went and bought blankets for the bed and pillow

Great setup and location -make sure it's been inspected

We loved the location, the set up of the room, the atmosphere of the people and guests. Our biggest concern was the room has not been inspected. It was not cleaned. It has no working light in kitchen, the pullout couch mattress needs replaced, and the sheets were clean but comforters in bed have not been washed. Once we cleaned ourselves and removed dirty comforters, we enjoyed the rest of our stay with no issues. Just make sure the room has been inspected before you get there. The property manager was great to work with. The middle man just did a poor job. It was resolved. I would stay there again.

We will not be returning

At arrival, bathroom was dirty and one tv was out. Management corrected cleanliness within 24hrs and technical issues within 48hrs. During my trip the building was treated for bedbugs on multiple floors. After 3 day of stay I developed a rash on my face and upper right shoulder and ended my trip early. I contacted management via private review explaining my experience and have not received a response. The condo was as described, the view is perfect. Paper products, dishes, pots, utensils, a standard fridge, standard stove w/oven, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave. There were two beds in the bedroom and a pull out couch- but the mattress of the pull out of stained with what looks like blood.
