Great home

We stayed a week to visit with friends and this home was perfect! Great location, super clean, updated, and lots of extras in the kitchen that were helpful for cooking. The fire pit and roasting sticks were great too! We would definitely stay again when visiting the area!

Great Home & Location

Home is a bit older but has been redone. Very clean, well-stocked and very convenient both for the University as well as food, shopping, etc. Beds were comfortable and home had everything we needed.

Amazing Getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay in May for graduation weekend. I had many favorite things about your property but my favorite was it being smoke and pet free. The location was absolutely perfect! The house was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The whole house was clean and smelled wonderful! The fully stocked kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed to make our meals. The deck was a great place to have coffee and hang out. We enjoyed everything about this property and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Charming five points area house

We were here for a wedding with dinners over three nights in different locations around Athens. The house is in a great location to everything, including the Botanical Garden, which was where the wedding was held. Everywhere we had to go was just a few minutes. The traffic noise inside the house was unexpectedly loud at night, but nobody lost any sleep over it- just such a quiet neighborhood so it was surprising. Also surprised to have a couple of deer visit the front yard every morning about 9:00. Lovely! Everything as expected: clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Would rent this house again if we are back in athens.

Charming!!

What a charming little place. It was EXCEPTIONALLY clean and organized. Kudo's to your cleaning lady! The only suggestion would be : 1. MOre hangers in the closets. 2. A couple of camping or patio chairs. The weather was beautiful and we wanted to sit out on the gorgeous little back porch. We will definitely rent this again and again and told our friends about it as well.

We loved our stay!

The house was wonderful and the perfect size for us. We had everything we needed for the stay. The location was great as it was near restaurants and shops but also in a wonderful walkable neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!

Convenient, Clean, & Comfy

We stayed at this property for my son’s graduation weekend with my in-laws and the location was perfect! We were really close to Kroger, downtown Athens, and Normaltown. The house felt like home and was very clean. I would most definitely stay here again.
