Cozy family and pet friendly home in North Conway Village

Located in North Conway Village, this home has a beautiful spacious loft with queen comfortable memory foam bed, a bunk room with a full bed and twin bunk on top on the main floor.
NOTE! IF YOU HAVE MOBILITY ISSUES THIS MAY NOT BE A GOOD FIT FOR YOU BECAUSE OF THE STAIRS!
The living room and kitchen area are connected to allow for socializing and convenience. the deck has a table and chairs to enjoy the outside.
a grill is available as well.
the decor is a bird theme along with vintage pieces to make it an interesting adventure.
Be aware that there are steep stairs leading to the loft as well as stairs leading to the house as well if you or your pet have mobility issues!

In keeping up with the CDC guidelines we will be sure to clean and disinfect all surfaces as well as provide disinfectant soaps and sprays.
Each bed will have a fresh hypoallergenic mattress pad ( you are responsible for bringing your own sheets blankets and pillows ) i provide towels, we can provide fresh bedding at an additional charge per bed.

Wonderful stay

We couldn’t have been happier with our choice to stay at this adorable home. It’s so close to downtown with food and shopping, coffee and breakfast! The place was probably one of the cleaner VRBO homes we have stayed in and the owner was responsive for any of the questions we had before/during. We plan on returning next year to experience more that New Hampshire has to offer and would 10/10 book this place again.

We were pleasantly surprised at the walkability from this place. Minutes to the main street where you can eat and shop to your hearts content. We also took a walk east to the Cranmore resort and found a fun walk in the woods to a little brook that our 4 year old loved to play in (we got lucky with 80's in Oct). Dan was easy to communicate with from booking to check-out. We stayed in the birdhouse and loved the adorable loft. It had everything we needed and was well set up for younger kids as well. I will recommend to anyone I know wanting to travel to New Hampshire.

Everything was perfect. The location was a short walk right to downtown in a wonderful neighborhood. Its also very close to Cranmore, and shopping at the outlets. The home had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen, and sitting on the deck at night was a huge bonus. My dog loved the spot and the kids loved the bunk bed set up. I would 100% stay a this property again.

Cozy Loft

Great for a weekend getaway with family! The house was cozy, quiet, clean and comfortable. Good communication from the host to remind about bringing our own bedding. You absolutely can’t beat the location, so close to the Main Street, lots of coffee and food options in walking distance.
