This huge holiday home sleeps up to 10 across two levels and five bedrooms, with a second kitchenette in the downstairs level. There's plenty of room for the whole extended family to enjoy their own space!

This is a great fuss-free base for a big group visiting Taupo, with off street parking for the boat and the BBQ on hand for days of summer fun!

Keep cool in summer with the air-con, and great outdoor living on the sunny deck. Lake Taupo is truly beautiful in the winter too, and this home has a heat pump and electric blankets to keep you warm.

Only minute's stroll from the edge of Lake Taupo, in peaceful Wharewaka. Enjoy a relaxed getaway, just 10 minute drive to Taupo Central, where you will find adrenaline-packed activities and great bars and restaurants.

This home has limited space in the garage, suitable for bikes etc. There is off street parking available for vehicles.

This is a family home, not suitable for more than 6 adults. An additional guest surcharge applies for more than 6 people.
When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.

We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.

You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.

The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It's your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.

All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.

All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
