This home is on the best street in one of the most desirable and conveniently located neighborhoods in Nashville. Walk to Vanderbilt Hospital, Vanderbilt Stadium, Vanderbilt University, Centennial Park, Hillsboro Village, the much beloved Dragon Park, restaurants, shopping and more. Very convenient to Music Row, Belmont University, 12th South, Green Hills and many other desirable destinations within our city. Take a quick Uber or Lyft ride to downtown or walk to the bus stop for the main bus line. On a busy Friday night with heavy traffic, it takes 10 minutes to get the Ryman from the house. At other times, you can be downtown easily in less than 10 minutes. Ample on site parking includes attached garage.

Our goal is to make your vacation as stress free as possible by providing the comforts of home and the conveniences of hotels.
Decorating this home for our guests has been an absolute labor of love. We have striven to provide the kind of amenities we enjoy in our own home and have enjoyed during our vacation stays elsewhere. We want this place to be desirable for either pleasure or business travel. Each bedroom includes a desk, Smart TV and access to free wireless internet. We also provide the state of the art DISH AirTV service w/SlingTV (including HBO & ESPN) for your enjoyment in addition to DVDs, books, CDs, playing cards and board games. We have also provided our guests with a nice selection of travel amenities to make your trip comfortable and worry free. Kids are welcome, and we have included amenities for their comfort and entertainment as well, but we don't consider our house to be "child proofed". Please let us know in advance if we should put away fragile items.
Absolutely no smoking inside the home. Sorry, but pets are not allowed in our home. We can however, recommend multiple excellent local pet care resorts if needed for your furry friends. We love and respect our neighbors, so no loud parties are allowed. If you wish to host an event for your family or business, please consult us in advance. We can help with additional items & services such as chafing dishes, additional tables and chairs, and we can also help arrange catering, floral design or private chef services. We have gathered a variety of tourist information for your convenience. Please help yourself to the tourist magazines and brochures. We hope you enjoy your stay, and we welcome any suggestions you might have to make it even better!

Ground floor, queen bed, two closets, desk and 32" Smart TV. Bedside table is equipped with a USB charging block for your phone or tablet.
Room is adjacent to full bath with antique claw foot tub outfitted so that you can shower also.

2nd floor, queen Sleep Number bed, walk in closet, desk, 32" Smart TV, en suite bathroom w/shower
Bedroom #3
2nd floor, queen Sleep Number bed, walk in closet, desk, 32" TV, en suite bathroom w/shower
Master Bed Suite (bedroom #4)
2nd floor, queen Sleep Number bed, Smart 49" TV, sitting room, desk; expansive bathroom with carrera marble tile, separate his & hers vanities with quartz counter tops, makeup vanity area, large shower, jetted tub, 32" Smart TV in bathroom and very large walk in closet w/island and window. Sitting room contains a queen sleeper sofa. We have a memory foam topper for the sleeper for added comfort.

3rd floor private loft (Queen bed), sitting area, laptop desk, 49" Smart TV, and en suite bathroom w/shower! There is a door at the base of the stairs.
