The house is in a beautiful, safe and historic neighorhood. It is clean and seating is comfy and plentiful and the big dining table was appreciated. The only shower in the house is an old clawfoot tub converted to a shower, so the showering experience leaves a bit to be desired. We were also unable to get the TV to work, but if you have a streaming subscription that should work.
Great location, lots of space, well equipped with everything we needed.

Lock the outside cellar door. Mattresses were lumpy. Shower rod fell apart. Kitchen was nice. Uncomfortable furniture. Light switches didn't turn off lights. Had to unplug lamps.
We were in town for my father's funeral and this was a perfect place to stay with a small family! The house was clean and within walking distance to a lot of favorites in St. Paul!
Nice neighborhood, plenty of parking. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall it worked well for us with a few exceptions. It needs more dishes-4 large plates and 2 small ones are not enough for a 3 day stay. Needs more silverware as well. Only had one hand towel in the kitchen and one in each bathroom. Definitely need more of those.
Great home in a great location. Lots of people walking pets in the neighborhood and were friendly. Tons of great restaurants within blocks of home easy to walk to.
Great stay in St Paul with myself and two teenagers. Lots of room for everyone to have their own space and great air conditioning for the sweltering weather when we were there.
House was perfect for our stay of several days. Lots of room and a great front porch. Fabulous neighborhood. Couple blocks away from Mississippi market, coffee shop, Thai restaurant.
We traveled from Wisconsin to be there for my friend's budget-friendly wedding dress search this past weekend. She ordered appx 7 dresses to try on, and rather than cramming into her 1-bedroom apartment, we were able to give her a boutique-style experience in the living area with the large mirror. It was perfect and we all got teared up when she selected "the one!" Thank you for providing this adorable clean space, we had so much fun visiting with our friends. We were happy with how spacious it was and everything was very clean.
The house is in a great location and street parking was not a problem - even in January. The house has a nice first floor with nicely furnished rooms. The kitchen could be slightly better furnished but it's okay. The beds upstairs are more like a double or full size than a queen size. There are some areas that need TLC. The upstairs shower is a converted claw foot tub which can be challenging for some to get in and out of. The shower curtain needs replacing as there was pink mold around the bottom. Also, the curtain tends to come in on you when showering and several hooks are missing. The water temperature is very tricky to control. The board at the top of the back stairs is loose and this could be a hazard. The dishwasher leaks and the icemaker doesn't work. Overall, the house is good but could be a lot better with some TLC and adjustments.
This is the second time we’ve stayed here! The first time I thought I had booked for an additional day but didn’t and they were super nice and understanding and worked with us to be able to stay another night. It’s clean and cozy. The beds are super hard but sleepable. The linens have been clean and smell good! The only thing I don’t like is the door code is the same as the last time we stayed and I don’t like the idea of anyone that’s stayed there has the code.. so definitely should change that from stay to stay if possible.
