Good location for activities in southwest Florida. House is modern with voice activated lights and devices. The lanai area had ceiling fans which really made the area the main gathering place for our family.

The property had all the amenities that we were looking for and the starter supplies lasted us until we checked out. The spa was amazing. There was a smart house hub that controlled the media and lights. Quiet neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. Perfect vacation property choice.
