Q³ - quintessentially quaint quietude. Perfect place for couples or small families. Less than a mile walk from the beach, less than a block from the intracoastal. Highly recommended.

Tucked in Away from Beach Traffic

Perfect quiet location for visiting OKI. Tucked away from the constant drone of summer beach traffic, this cute little cottage was a perfect destination for rest as it is close to everything!!!

Lovely Place!

My husband, daughter and father stayed for a few nights to get away and go to the beach. The place is lovely and has pretty much everything you need. It’s just a very short drive to the beach and a few minutes to downtown for restaurants and grocery stores. One of the bedrooms didn’t have an ac unit and it got very hot throughout the night so we had to set a fan in the hallway to help cool that room down. Over all, it’s a lovely little place to stay and we would recommend it if you have an opportunity to stay here.

not very clean

We arrived and had to vacuum the whole house. There was sticky sand all over the floors. Both beds were made and had little placards on them that said the beds were ready to jump into, despite some pretty obvious and gross stains on one of the duvet covers that clearly indicated otherwise. It was too hot for a comforter anyway so we just stripped the bed. We liked everything else about our stay
