The host, Laura, was just wonderful! Her communications with me regarding the check-in, and follow-up to make sure our stay was smooth and comfortable, were excellent!The property is a quaint, beautiful Victorian cottage, filled with charming and whimsical decor. Laura has provided all the necessities to make a stay comfy and memorable! We had a fabulous stay, and hope the cottage is available on our next visit to Eureka Springs!The cottage is within walking distance of of the main shopping area, and some great restaurants, but be prepared for all the hills!Thank you Laura!

The home was built in 1886, and in very good condition. Plumbing works very well. There are multiple AC units, as well as a dehumidifier running which keeps the house very comfortable. Beds, and sheets are good quality. The house is in a great location. Shopping is downhill, and The Cresent Hotel is uphill. There is a set of stairs at Spring St and Howell labeled Knome Trail. I'd recommend taking that trail and turning right at Old Red Brick trail to take you up to Prospect if you plan on walking to the hotel. It's a much easier walk than tackling the incline of Howell Street. There's plenty to do in the area. I stayed 4 nights, and could have stayed several more.
