It sleeps 6 comfortably and 8 with the sleeper sofa. Amenities include in-home laundry, proximity to the pool, cable, flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, and high-speed internet. A one-time HOA fee of $20 per car (not for Uber/cabs) is due upon booking. The kitchen is equipped with standard appliances: microwave, refrigerator, cooking range, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and blender.
