Your Kona Beach Condo is our second home! The condo had never before been rented in the past, until, 2017, when we decided to offer this condo as a vacation rental when we are unable to be here paddling, swimming and enjoying all Hawaii has to offer including the wonderful Aloha spirit of the people that live here! When not here in Kona, we live in Bend, Oregon. We hope our guests treat our condo as "their home away from home" so it stays nice for all. It is a special place!! Relax on the beautiful lanai and enjoy the Aloha spirit!
Why they chose this property
We love this property because Kona Nalu is a small condo complex (15 units total), 3 floors. Our unit is on the top floor corner with windows along the entire south side and west side for incredible ocean and sunset views and breezes. It really is a special, unique spot yet close to the village of Kona , the best snorkel spots and so much more ! The name of the Condo Complex is Kona Nalu.
What makes this property unique
While enjoying the spectacular views from the lanai, we have difficult choices to make each day: Putting on snorkel-gear and heading to the beach, swimming with the spinner dolphins, surfing, stand up paddle boards, outrigger canoes or just laying by the pool. And then there is golfing within 5 miles, and tennis and pickle ball courts that welcome visitors.
The Big Island has so much to offer: Explore an active volcano at the wonderful Volcano National Park, take a trip to Mauna Kea to some of the world’s largest telescopes at 13,796 ft and learn about the stars and solar system, visit the local coffee plantations, macadamia nut plantations and the Original Hawaiian Chocolate factory. The choices and diversity are amazing on this wonderful island!
