Clean and stylish, perfect touch down spot for 3 adults on family reunion weekend. Property is on a quiet street that is walking distance into town. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

House was great, comfortable easy to find, only down side was master bedroom bed was hard to get up into, my wife has short legs, and we had to go out and buy more coffee for the Keurig...other than that everything was great. We had an awesome weekend there

We had a delightful stay at the Pepin Home. There was an issue with the kitchen sink draine, the caretaker was on top of it and took care of it right away, we met the owner as well, and he was just as great. Life happens and they both were great through the fix, which we appreciated. The beds are comfortable, the living room was very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. I would like to see the hime little bit cleaner on a deeper level, cabinet surfaces, window sills, etc. We do all of our cooking in house and there were just the basics in the kitchen, but we made do, as I always bring the necessities with. I'd love to see a cookie sheet or 9x13 pan, as we bring homemade cookie dough to bake fresh cookies everyday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back!

Cousins weekend get away

Absolutely beautiful updated home with plenty of room, and approximately 6 blocks from the marina. Kitchen has everything you need. Beds were very comfortable , and each bedroom had TVs in them . One bedroom had a floor fan which was a bonus for me since I always pack my fan. There is plenty of parking . This home was perfect for our cousins weekend! Will definitely rent again in the summer if available.
