Conveniently located in Boulder Canyon, only 2 miles outside of historic Deadwood, 11 miles outside legendary Sturgis, and 8 miles to Terry Peak ski lodge, this secluded modern cabin is nestled amongst the pines and a young aspen grove. Large picture windows highlight the living spaces, and the rough sawn deck reflects the perfect mountain escape for enjoying your morning coffee amongst the bent oak trees. Wildlife frequent this secluded property, watch deer and wild turkey roam while enjoying a soak in the brand new hot tub.

On the main level there is a king bedroom. Upstairs there is one king bedroom with a dual shower master bath, a queen bedroom, and a trundle with two twin beds and another full bathroom. On the main level there is an open common area with a kitchen, dining area, tv room and fireplace. The lower level is finished with a living room, wet bar, pool table, full bathroom and a queen bedroom. There is also a two car garage to park vehicles or toys.

The cabin is located about 2 miles down an unpaved, but well-maintained county road.

This house feels like a dream. Beautifully built, in the most gorgeous location, surrounded by trees and wildlife. Deadwood is only 5 minutes away, Sturgis is 15 minutes, Spearfish is 20 minutes. You can experience all that the Black Hills has to offer, then retreat to our sanctuary in the forest.
