Homely apartment located in the heart of Edinburgh with original marble fireplace with log burning stove. With only a 10 minute walk from the City Centre, the tram stop 3 minutes walk away and spectacular views of the stunning Calton Hill this is the perfect location to explore Edinburgh.

The apartment is equipped with everything for your stay (fresh linen, towels, logs for stove unlimited WIFI, board games, TV with freeview, PLAYSTATION and games, large DVD collection and DVD player, washing machine & dishwasher (products provided for free). We provide you with some specialty teas, coffee, milk and Scottish fudge to help you get started. The kitchen is stocked with lots of cooking utensils or if you wish to eat out there are plenty of great restaurants nearby as well as all of the local attractions being right on your door step - absolutely everything is within walking distance. The apartment has a large entrance open plan hallway which leads off to a bathroom with bath and shower, 2 double bedrooms, a large kitchen come dining room, as well as a living room with a log burning stove with complimentary logs to welcome you home after a long day exploring Edinburgh. We are situated on the 3rd floor (top flat) but there is no lift as it is a traditional apartment

Great location with great book shop, cafes and large shopping centre nearby. Short walk to bridge to cross into Old Town (Royal Mile, Edinburgh castle etc)The apartment was so comfortable and cosy with the living room and kitchen being large and airy and well equipped. Fabulous view from lounge window too!

Excellent location and lovely, clean and comfortable apartment. Only downside was the parking (have to pay for parking during the week) and the apartment is up 3 flights of stairs, which is fine for non-disabled people. However, please do not let that put you off as we had a fantastic time so more about awareness than anything.

This apartment is adorable and well maintained. Martin was the perfect host. Its location is great and we were able to walk to many sights. Please note that it is on the top floor without a lift with three flights of 20 stairs each for those who would have trouble climbing them. The bed and pillows were a bit hard for me but all was clean and tidy.

The apartment is very central, so you can do most activities on foot.There is plenty of space for four people and the view from the lounge is just splendid. We spent 6 very comfortable nights in the apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Quiet Location Close to City Center

We had a lovely stay at this flat. It was a 2 minute walk to the tram stop and had loads of restaurants, cafes, and conveniences close by. There were a lot of stairs but the cozy rooms and great view are worth it!

Cousins adventure

Lovely stay for myself and 3 cousins. Great location if you don’t mind walking. 3rd floor stairs only so be prepared to lug your luggage up them :) Beds were comfortable and shower was nice.

Holiday in Edinburgh to see the military tattoo.

Ideal location to explore the city, approximately 15 minute walk. Lovely bakery around the corner. Very good bus service. Many interesting museums and galleries to suit all interests.. Would thoroughly reccommend.

Charming flat

Martin was a great host and very accommodating of our early check-in. Unit exceeded our expectations and has lovely views. Great central location for visiting the different parts of the city with lots of grocery stores and cafes nearby. Great wifi, a French press for coffee, a little building noise but earplugs eliminated that, friendly neighbors, lots of hot water & water pressure. There is no elevator but the stairs (3 floors up) were not a problem for us. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again without any hesitation.

The property is gorgeous and very central. Unfortunately my stay was cut short as I fell and broke my arm but that had nothing to do with the property which we all really enjoyed and would love to visit again - great host too!
