Casablanca - Beachfront in Sea Isle. The perfect island getaway!
Unobstructed views of the beach from this two-story 1948 sq ft home located in Sea Isle subdivision. This beachfront property is perfect for large or extended families looking for an island getaway.
PLEASE NOTE: Cargo lift is NOT available for guest use.
Casablanca is an open concept home with hardwood floors throughout and comfortable coastal decor. Large floor to ceiling windows bring in plenty of natural light and fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
The beach is only steps away for hours of fun in the sun and clean up afterwards is a breeze with the outdoor shower. The large deck has a small covered area to enjoy a meal or morning cup of coffee in the shade, while the open deck is a great spot for sunbathing and lounging.
If you enjoy grilling the shaded downstairs area is ideal for a family cookout. There is also a wooden swing to relax in while listening to the waves roll onto shore.
Please note this home does NOT allow pets.
During the summer months this home has a 4 night minimum.
Ground Level: Parking for 4 vehicles; Outdoor Shower with Hot & Cold water; Half Bath.
Main Level: Living room with views of the beach and a spiral staircase access to loft; Kitchen with dining area; Master Bedroom with King, TV with DVD and en suite bathroom; Bedroom with a Queen; Shared hallway bathroom; Bedroom with a King; Bedroom with 2 Twins and 1 Twin Trundle; Great views of the beach from the large partially covered deck.
Second Level: Loft with 2 Queen Futons with TV and DVD; Bathroom with shower only.
Subdivision Amenities: Subdivision Amenities: Sea Isle seasonal Community Pool is available by purchasing a $100 pool pass from Sea Isle Subdivision. There is also a public park, tennis courts, picnic area pavilion, bait shop, convenience store and restaurant available.
Location: 17.5 miles to 61st Street; 20.6 miles to 25th and Strand; 16.7 miles to Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Waterpark.
Notes: Although provided, WiFi access/Cable/Dish service can be unreliable here on the West End of Galveston Island. We apologize, but Gary Greene Vacation Rentals is unable to guarantee these amenities will be working during your stay and is unable to offer refunds for disruption of these services.
