This Regency period cottage rests in Mobury, Devon.
The cottage based in the stunning South Hams area boasts an open fire and period features. On street parking just outside the cottage and a COOP only a couple hundred meters away makes the location very convenient.
Beaches can be easily accessed with the closest being only 5 miles away and Bigbury and Bantham beach only a short drive.
Close to local hotspots such as Totnes and Salcombe. Dartmoor less than 10 miles away and offers beautiful walks and views.
Modbury, based in central south Devon is a thriving market town and compromises three pubs, cafes and small shops. See Visit South Devon for more information:

There is one king-size bedroom served by an adjacent bathroom, sleeping a total of two guests. The cottage also hosts a kitchen/diner, utility and a sitting room with an open fire.
Amenities: Gas central heating with Open fire. Electric oven and gas hob, fridge, washing machine, Smart TV, WiFi and a selection of books and games. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Enclosed rear garden with lawn and seating. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.1 miles, pub 0.2 miles.
