A lovely 2 bedroom flat in the heart of the Kingdom of Fife; spacious and beautifully finished, recently refurbished with full kitchen and utilities. Directly overlooking the Firth of Forth, and is across from the esplanade.

Located in close proximity to the bus/train stations andhigh street with a great choice of shops, cafes and restaurants.

Local attractions include Ravenscraig Park, Ravenscraig castle, Adam Smith Theatre, Kirkcaldy Art Gallery and Library - all within walking distance.
The space
Please note that the single bedroom has a trundle bed with a pull-out bed underneath it. Once the pull-out bed is out there no space in the single bedroom to walk around, just enough space for sleeping 2 adults. There is an armchair in the room to sit on. Please check photos for single bedroom.

Please note that towels are not included (neither hand nor bath towels). Thank you!

Lovely flat overlooking the harbour! Perfect for what we needed. Towels available. Even left us some milk and biscuits for our arrival. Only problem was the stairs that were a bit tricky for the kids! Would use again x

Heidi was a great guest. She looked after our flat and kept in really good condition. Heidi communicated with us and kept us informed of her arrival time and checking out times. A pleasure to host sick such a lovely family. Sorry about the stairs it's the style of these old buildings to have winding stairs I guess part of their charms. You are always welcome if you are in the area .

Mixed feelings

Firstly I want to point out that Jordan the flat owner was an excellent host. Communication was great. Flat was spotlessly clean and there were some really nice touches like leaving milk and packets of biscuits. All very much appreciated!! There were however things that detracted from my stay: Despite booking for a party of 3 there were not 3 decent sized towels available in the flat. Possibly the only oversight by the owner. The TV was not a smart tv despite being advertised as one and that limited tv viewing. Other things that detracted are out of the owners control: The stairwell is not well maintained and doesn’t create a good impression. One antisocial neighbour played music that was unbearably loud. Thankfully this was during the day and not at night when we were trying to sleep. I really appreciate the efforts of the owner to try and provide a pleasurable experience but on balance I wouldn’t stay there again for a holiday break.

Hi Mark Thank you for your stay and constructive views . As mentioned on my listing the stairs are shared and they are need of TLC. With regards to towels we had lots of issues from guests and so decided against providing them, however I always provide 2 towels in case a first have forgotten to bring there's. It's in my listing and description that advertised as towels weren't provided. I will look into the TV . Thank you very much. Jordan
