My complaints are the property did not meet up with the photographs. It was unclean and the air conditioning was inadequate. The property was so bad we went to a hotel and spent the night there.

Our experience was bad from the very beginning! There was a fire which pushed back our arrival into Florence by 2-1/2 hours. I explained this, and was still charged a late check in. Now, I get it is policy, so I can overlook that, however, then we rushed to arrive in time to prevent the additional fee that we would have to pay on top of the late fee, and had to wait at the apartment for 20 minutes. THEN Sami, the person who was there to check us in was beyond rude! She literally walked by us, said second floor, and nothing else then proceeded to the apartment said nothing and went into the bathroom to run water and splash on her face she then asked for the city tax (which was way higher then it should be) and the late check in fee and passports. The apartment was very hot, I asked about the AC and she said… it’s in the bedroom only and barely works! This is NOT how it is advertised. After check in we attempted to use the AC which barely worked, and settled on the fact that it was as good as it gets. Had the kids use the fan in the other “room”. The heat was uncomfortable but we were ok. The next morning the fan that they gave us for the living room just stopped working! I contacted them, and they did send someone right over to look at it, he said that he was coming back with one. Then checked the AC and said… yes that’s as good as it gets. Mgmt company said if I want the fan I need to pay $20.00 when I questioned they just stopped replying! Bottom line I wouldn’t recommend!
