Welcome to a great house in central Phoenix. Safe, Clean and affordable. The house is located close to Sky Harbor airport, old town Scottsdale, shopping, restaurants and many other Valley of the Sun attractions. The entire house is yours during your stay and has everything you need to be comfortable. It's in a nice established neighborhood that is a combination of older homes and new construction. Make your stay in Phoenix comfortable and relaxing. The house is all yours I don't live there. You can bring your pets and car and more. You can park in the garage, driveway and street. Easy parking for cars and a truck.

The house is recently refurbished and in great condition. There are two bedrooms with one queen bed and two full size beds. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, so the house can accommodate up to six people. There is one bathroom. The house is a cozy 850 sq ft. There is a one-car garage and a washer and dryer. The living room and both bedrooms have smart TVs and cable TV service. Fast internet access with fast wi-fi is also provided, HBO and showtime.
I live nearby and can respond to any issues during your stay. Helpful instructions are provided in the house regarding TV, cable and internet access. I've also provided a list of nearby restaurants and other suggested places to visit. Of course with internet access you can also do your own research of the area. The area is very safe and the backyard is very secure for all pets. I provide water bowls for the pets and pet beds. The house sleeps 6 comfortably but you can sleep a few more.

The location is perfect- close to lots of restaurants and shopping and a quick drive to downtown. It is an older home, so don't expect it to be right out of Architectural Digest, but it is comfortable and has a large fenced yard, making it a great place to come with my dogs. I would definitely stay here again.

The location of the house, sleeping for four separate guest, closeness to shopping, eateries and other amenities were greatly appreciated. Mr Sbrocca was very helpful and willing to go that extra step to make sure our needs where taking care of. For the value, I would recommend this property to anyone and will gladly stay again with any return trip to the Phoenix area.

We had a great time in Phoenix staying here. The house was very clean, in a quiet, safe neighborhood, within close walking distance to restaurants and bars. The owner Angelo couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. Instructions were clear on how to get in and he even let us check in early. I would recommend staying here anytime. The price was great too. Perfect size house for 3 of us but sleeps 6 if you needed to.

It was disastrous: not clean, door coming off hinge; heater not working

I can't list all the problems with this house: a shed door that was not attached to the shed and almost hit my dog. The TVs that did not work; the five hour wait to have them fixed. The bed that collapsed because it was help up by a brick. The aged bed sheets. We fled two days early. The owner is a very nice man but he should not be in this business.

We believe this property was misrepresented on the site to rent! L/R couch broken down, sinks in middle, covered with sheet; two chairs in living room broken down and especially black one; kitchen microwave has cracks in front of it (unsafe), refrigerator icemaker hardly makes any ice volume wise; hallway has no light (unsafe); bathroom aftermarket vanity protrudes over onto toilet area so cannot sit straight on toilet; back bedroom bed on right mattress is worn when you lay on it you roll to middle of bed; front bedroom mattress is weak; water heater only works now & then; backyard patio is nice and furniture on patio is also; Could not figure out how to operate lights around patio but just only the two lights under the patio.

The house was comfortable with a nice yard for having a dog along—really helpful! Furnished outside space both for dining and for lounging. Great safe neighborhood very convenient to go anywhere. On top of all this, the host was very attentive and gracious, offering whatever help he could to make the stay even better. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay

Property is located in a quiet residential area with tons of major and mom/pop establishments close by. We enjoyed eating at the Ol Brass Rail, a nearby, family friendly sports grill. House was cozy and comfortable and in good condition. Host was excellent with quick response to any question. Backyard was large and well secured for our pet dog to roam and play.

This house was a wonderful surprise. We were going to Phoenix so that we could spend time with our kids and their spouses and rented this house. It had everything we needed to be able to cook family favorites, including a grill. The back porch was great and even had a TV;. The bathroom was stocked with nice towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and just about anything else you would need. We brought our dogs with us and they loved the huge backyard. Angelo is a wonderful owner that provided lots of outdoor bowls for the pups and even the items needed to clean up the yard. There was also a roll of puppy bags for when we wanted to take the pups to the dog park or for a walk. Everything was very clean and just a wonderful experience. The neighborhood was a nice quiet place and there was everything you could even want to do within just a few minutes. We will definitely be keeping this house on our favorites for our next visit. Comfortable home, good location

This is not a resort property, but it is comfortable and well located. Angelo, the owner, was super easy to work with and took care of all our needs. The fully fenced back yard was perfect for our dog. The neighborhood is older, but lots of rebuilding going on all around with many good restaurants and bars close by. Nice quiet street, secure feel, well appointed.

I'm born and raised in Phoenix AZ. I live about 5 minutes from the house and I'm happy to share my local favorite places and I'm here for you if you need anything.

Why they chose this property

The area of my rental home and my home I live in are the best areas in Phoenix, no joke. I would not live in any other area. Central Phoenix has it all. The house is small and comfortable and safe. It's very close to all the best local restaurants and bars and everything that people want to see and do when in town. Hiking is 5 minutes away and so is some trails and the airport. I have the best house at the best price, no joke.

What makes this property unique

My home is small, you can't forget that but it's so comfortable and cute and has all you need for a great stay. It's safe and great neighbors. So close to all you will want to see while in Phoenix AZ. And you have me for anything else you may need. I'm born and raised here so if you want to know the best hamburger or cheap Mexican food I can tell you. I love my town and I know it well. I grew up right by the house. And the house is all yours, none of my stuff is in it and I don't check on you. I'm around if you need anything but otherwise it's all yours and you do your thing.
