Patricia was lovely. The apartment is on a well-kept complex with a great pool and beautiful marina views. Really short walk to the beach. I recommend the miradors.

Deux années de suite que nous louons cet appartement... Idéal pour des vacances avec les enfants! Appartement conforme à la description .... propre, wifi, tv française ( il faut penser à la coupe du monde de foot mdr) Quelle joie le matin de prendre son pdj face à la mer !!! et aux petits bateaux qui nous font rêver..... Pas besoin de voiture...la plage est juste à coté... des magasins alimentaires etc... En prenant la voiture ( qui est garée au sous sol, à l abri de la chaleur) vous pourrez aller dans les hypermarchés qui se situent à 2 kms max ( mercadonia et lidl) et la station essence moins chère qu'à la Jonquera (sic)!!!!! La piscine communautaire est fantastique... Surveillée par un maitre nageur.... pensez à prendre paillasse si vous désirez vous allonger autour de la piscine car c'est de l'herbe avec arrosage automatique et trace de terre sur vos serviettes ! mais il y a une machine à laver dans l'appart.... Patricia, la propriétaire, sera de très bons conseils pour des balades ou restos hors de la plage de l'Arenal ( restos chers et pas top) Par contre juste en bas de l'appart , il y a un super resto (amarre 152) paella divine !!! Le village de xabia est magnifique..... Il y a la plage de l'Arenal ( sable, pédalo etc) mais il y a aussi pleins de petites criques formidables .. et la plage du port ( galets)... Location de bateaux à l'heure, demi journée et journée....( pas moins cher qu'en France mais pas plus cher...dans les tarifs le carburant est compris...) j'oubliais, il y a aussi un hamman et une salle de sport en bas de l'appart c'est top.... Franchement, ne vous inquiétez pas, vous passerez d'excellentes vacances...

Habitués à louer dans cette jolie région de Javea, nous avons trouvé dans cet appartement tous les avantages et le confort que nous souhaitions: Très bien situé (5 mn à pied de la plage), calme, bien équipé, climatisation dans le séjour et les chambres, piscine très agréable. De plus, Patricia est très à l'écoute. Excellent séjour.

Super appartement

L'appartement est parfait pour passer de bonnes vacances et il est super bien équipé. 2 chambres, 2 sdb et de nombreux et vastes placards, télé avec chaines françaises. Situé au 1er étage de la résidence, le balcon est très apprécié et il a vue sur la petite marina. Est situé près de la plage et du centre ville, il y a un garage souterrain ce qui est fort appréciable en période de forte affluence. Jardin très bien entretenu et très agréable, piscine et salle de sport. Patricia, la propriétaire est très agréable et très serviable. C'est une location particulièrement agréable et à recommander.

un séjour de rêve

Nous avons été agréablement surpris de découvrir un village très agréable . La résidence située au coeur de la marina de Javea, dans un quartier calme est conforme à la description et aux photos ; nous n'avons pas beaucoup profiter de la grande piscine de la résidence au milieu des palmiers car la plage de sable fin est à 5 mn à pied, le club de plongée est à proximité ainsi que de nombreux commerces et restaurants. L'appartement est très bien équipé pour un séjour en toute saison. Dans l'appartement on trouve une documentation sur les points d’intérêt dans la région proche mais il ne faut pas hésiter à demander à Patricia les bonnes adresses de restaurants, les marchés locaux, une crique pour se baigner loin de la foule, etc.. ces adresses ne se trouvent dans aucun guide touristique et Patricia les transmets volontiers. bref c'est un séjour de rêve et on a hâte de revenir

Foormidable.... il est foormidable...!!

Accueil, situation, appartement, résidence... Tout parfait. Un centre de plongée de l'autre coté de la rue avec départ zodiac juste sous l'appartement, que du bonheur, 2 autres centres à 3 minutes à pied. Cette année le soleil et les températures faisaient un peu défaut, ce sera mieux la prochaine fois... Situation idéale pour aller rôder à pied sur le front de mer, restaurants pour tous les gouts et tous les budgets. Je recommande sans réserves...

Superbe séjour à Javéa

Très bel appartement, bien décoré. Il est très fonctionnel, tout y est. Il est très bien situé, à 2 pas de la plage de l'arenal, où on peut également profiter des restaurants (pas chers) La résidence est très jolie, dommage que le temps ne nous ai pas permis de profiter de la piscine. La propriétaire est très accueillante et arrangeante (encore merci). Très bon rapport qualité / prix

Excellent séjours!

Excellent séjours! Les propriétaires sont fort sympathiques et surtout disponible en cas de besoins. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 15 jrs avec nos 2 adolescents. Prestations soigné et de qualité, le complexe disposant de nombreux atout, et a surtout presente l’avantage d’être proche de la plage.
