Perfect house for 4 couples. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The location was very convenient. Very nice house. The only minor complaint was the sofas were very soft and low to the ground.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was incredibly spacious with large, comfortable beds and plenty of room for our entire group. Bob thought of everything—the home was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. It was clean, in a great location, and the patio area with the fire pit was a highlight of our trip. We would definitely book here again!

Our stay was amazing! The space was even bigger and nicer than pictures do it justice. It was the perfect getaway - we loved sitting on the front porch with some ocean views in the distance or on the back patio by the fire at night!

Great spot if you are looking for a stay in Newport. Plenty of room and a beautiful home. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Great location, home has a nice layout, inside and out, very spacious. Bob was fantastic and has everything you need on site. In town for a wedding (unfortunately during a rainy weekend), but Ubers were easily booked to and from this location. Would absolutely stay again when in town!

We loved this home. It is exactly as pictured. The location was a short drive to downtown Newport and the beaches. We enjoyed using the front porch for morning coffee and evening drinks. The home had plenty of room for our group to spread out and have their own bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again.

This stay was great! It was clean, spacious, and exactly as advertised. The backyard fire pit was lovely. The only thing I would recommend the host add is a full length mirror somewhere in the home - for women getting ready, this would’ve been helpful!
