The toilet needs to be updated and also the shower curtain needs replaced. More comfortable furniture would be nice. All in all it was a good location and we love the Phoenix facilities.

September Beach Vacation

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed our stay. There were problems with the room. Since the owner is independent of Phoenix 6 we did not get onsite support to correct the issues. The pans were dirty and there was not any cleaning supplies. There were not any blankets or comforters on the bed so I was cold during our stay. Also the toilet ran all night but they did come and fix that problem. There was a DVD player in the room but it would not play DVDs. If you stay here, bring cleaning supplies and a blanket for comfort.

A beautiful relaxing Beach trip. From WNC to the Gulf. An amazing view. A great Condo close to everything. The Angry Crab was delicious! After all the sea food we could stand, we ended it with the Diner, A pristine place, excellent fried pickles and burgers... This place is perfect!!!

My husband and I had a great stay in this condo! It was just the two of us, but this one bedroom would also be great for a family with 1-2 children because of the pull out couch! The condo was very clean and had a great balcony view of the beach. The location was great and very close to all restaurants in the Orange Beach area. We will definitely be booking again!

Condo development was very nice. Condo was nice, but the owner needs to address the unit. The commode seat had been scrubbed so much that the finish on the seat was very scuffed. It looked awful. Some of the kitchen pans were not usable. No, I did not take the time to contact the host.

Nice one bedroom unit. There was plenty of room. The unit was very cute and I enjoyed the balcony furniture. The only 2 negative points would be 1. floor was very sandy and even sand on bar stools and 2. The tv remote in living room didn’t work with changing channels (you had to change stations manually).

It was a very nice and quaint condo. It was perfect for my little family. We used the pull out couch for my daughter (more for kids than adults) and had plenty of room for my son’s pack and play. The condo was very clean and provided all the necessities we needed! Would recommend this location and would book it again.
