This condo is in a gated community and we felt safe and secure in an eclectic part of Phoenix. It was a very comfortable home base for our adventures, and the owners/management are absolutely wonderful communicators!

Great spot

This was a great spot for me, my mom, and my 3 month old son to stay while visiting family. It was conveniently located to everything we needed and was a quiet place. The host was also accommodating and super quick to respond to messages.

The property was well maintained. A little confusing to get out of gated community without a car. Our unit was beautiful and homey. Close to GCU campus.

Quiet, Safe and Close to GCU

Dropping our daughter off for college and this is less than 10 minutes from campus. Easy to get everywhere we wanted to go - very quiet and secure. We enjoyed it.

Great Central Location

I was visiting my boys at GCU. This is a great central location. Easy access to freeways. Management easy to work with. Parking right by unit. Will definitely stay here again.

Brooke was very communicative and responsive. It seems the couch was broken by a previous renter. I let her know it was essentially unusable, and she actually bought a couch later that day and had it delivered the next day. That is crazy responsive! All the furniture is new. The mod-looking brownish chairs? -- very comfortable! Same for the primary bed. The complex is quiet. We did not cook, so no feedback on the kitchen.

Perfect girls weekend

Apartment has everything we needed, was clean, quiet, and centrally located. Property managers reached out more than once to check in and let us know they were there if we needed anything. The beds, pillows and linens were all so comfortable. I kept thinking “this is nicer than it needs to be for a vacation rental!”. Zero complaints.
