We had a great visit! We enjoyed the location so much! It’s approximately 4 miles from town and the scenery is beautiful and we saw lots of Elk! So nice to sit on the deck and take it all in! The condo was clean and had everything we needed! There is a big window in the kitchen and family room that was so nice to enjoy the view! Hope to be back!!

The hosts were great property was great. I only had to minor gripes: 1) I wish I had know that it was on 6 miles of the roughest and most washboarded gravel I've ever driven on (and I live in rural Iowa, I'm not a stranger to gravel). 2) they need to have an outdoor trash can that I can take the garbage out to. We stayed there for 2 days and had nowhere to empty the trash unless I wanted to drive to a dump sight (which I didn't want to). Beside that it was great. Thanks!

Perfect location

I knew from prior reviews and current rating, that the stay would be great. However, the stay managed to exceed my expectations. This is a great place to stay to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Great place

Very nice and clean place. The location is outstanding. We saw bald eagles and heards of elk, antelope and big horn sheep every day.

Everything and more!

Our family had an amazing trip and this rental was one of the reasons why. The home was clean and fully equipped for anything we needed. Seeing the elk each evening and morning was a bonus. Thank you for letting us stay!

Amazing Adventure

We just stayed in this amazing home for 10 days. This home is beautiful & well equipped for a family! The location is stunning! We watched bison, elk, mule deer & prong horn sheep from the living room window. Thank you Toni for sharing your beautiful home with us! We will definitely be back ❤️

Awesome location with stunning views!

When we drove up we were greeted by several buffalo grazing in the yard. It was incredible. We were thrilled to be so close to the park entrance. The cabin was comfortable, it had everything that we needed and more. This host has thought of everything. I was so impressed by the thoughtfulness that went into making sure guests are well taken care off. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Lovely home, oodles of wildlife!!

We absolutely loved our stay in Gardiner. Each morning or at dusk each day, we saw a mule deer and her two youngsters from the window. Our drive into town and into the park was wonderful because we got to see pronghorn antelope, kestrel, and even 2 foxes romping around together! The home had a well stocked kitchen and was very roomy for the 4 of us. A fantastic home base for exploring upper Yellowstone! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!

Wildlife right in your own backyard

This beautiful home met all the marks. Clean home, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen - it had everything down to the shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom. One night there were about 100+ elk hanging around the property in the nearby fields - right at sunset. Absolutely stunning. A few bison and deer were also right down the road. We loved our stay and loved the communication with the owners. Everything was perfect. Thank you!

Be careful to review the fine print. Check-in/out times are very early/late. I booked this property but we were not able to stay due to the very late check-in time and early check-out. We ended up renting another place, but still got charged full price.

This was better than we could have imagined!

My husband, his parents and our 3 children (8, 6 and 2) stayed here for 4 nights. The space was clean, easy to find with Toni’s directions, very compatible for children, and in such a convenient location. The kitchen was very usable and we cooked every night. There are children’s plates, bowls, utensils etc and plenty of cookware to prepare meals. The laundry area is right outside the bathrooms and is set up nicely to accommodate the size of our family. We saw wildlife EVERYDAY around the property. There was a pack of 100+ elk in the field next to the home for 2 straight days. We saw many pronghorn as well. This was important for our kids as they were really looking forward that experience. The house is a short ride to Yellowstone Hot Springs which we took the kids to so they could swim, which was a nice late afternoon activity after adventuring in the park. The locals are friendly and accommodating and we enjoyed spending time downtown as well. If we ever go back to Yellowstone we would love the opportunity to stay here again!

Nice property! Owners did everything they could to make it great for us. The layout had the master bedroom and bathroom separate which is a bummer but not a deal breaker considering the options in the area. Saw elk and wildlife every morning and evening!

This was a very nice cabin. Great location close to the north entrance to Yellowstone. Very clean and comfortable. The owners have everything you need with lots of extras (sunscreen, bug spray, bear spray, coolers for day use, etc). The cabin is well stocked with plenty of room. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

5 night stay

Great place, LOTS of room, stocked well and very nice. It was only 3 of us but more would’ve easily fit. So nice to be able to spread out. Elk and pronghorn out on property every day. Saw beaver on property. 15 min outside down, so a little remote, but exactly what we wanted.

Elk Retreat

We were pleasantly surprised to see all of the elk in such close proximity to this place. A cow elk walked right up to the front of the property. We would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

This is a 2nd marriage for us, and we have 6 kids and 11 grand kids. We have lived in Maui Hawaii, Montana, Colorado and Missouri. We enjoy mountain living and what it has to offer. We renovated this home when we purchased and lived in it for 18 months. When we had the opportunity to work in Yellowstone National Park for 18 months, it was difficult to find long-term living accommodations in the area. We purchased this home because we LOVE the location, view and what the area has to offer! We renovated the home with blue stain pine on the vaulted ceilings and two walls, painted throughout and purchased beautiful furniture to make this feel like your home away from home! We hope you love it as much as we do!

We love Montana! Each time we come and stay in our place, it is home!

What makes this property unique

This home is larger than the other cabins in the area. Most of them are about 1,000 to 1,500 sq ft while our home is 1,600 sq ft. We have a VERY LARGE kitchen and living room, making it very comfortable for up to 8 guests. There are two large windows (one in the living room and one in the kitchen), looking out to Electric Peak, Yellowstone National Park and Yellowstone River.

We own a large 4-bedroom home in Orlando approximately 5-8 minutes to Disney (VRBO 2470802) and I manage 6 condos in Kihei, Maui, Hawaii at a boutique resort. Let me know if you would like additional information.
