Waterfront Contemporary cottage privately situated on 2 acres. The house is tastefully decorated and cozy. Spend time down by the shore or take the short 30 minute drive to Bar Harbor & Acadia. Travel further down east and explore the schoodic peninsula and the numerous lakes in the area. Marlboro beach, Lamoine State Park and Lamoine beach are just a few minutes away.

Seal Point waterfront cottage is awesome! My wife and I spent three nights there and hated to leave. We loved the location which offered extreme privacy but still has all the amenities to make your stay super comfortable. The quiet secluded location allows you to really connect with nature. We spent a lot of leisure time sitting by the water. The darkness around you allows you to see the sky and the stars in a way you can’t normally enjoy them. The hosts provide you with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We definitely plan to go back when we are in the area again! Communication with the hosts was great too!

Very private and peaceful property.The water view was spectacular. Kitchen fry pans need to be replaced.Would have liked a king size bed. This bed had wood supports that slipped a bit and needed adjustment.Owner super responsive.Enjoyed our 3 night stay!

My Husband and I had a blissful few days at the cottage. Our days were spent exploring Acadia/ Bar Harbor and evenings back at the cottage relaxing with beautiful views of the water, grilling fresh fish from Parsons fish Market and ending the night with a lovely camp fire. It was magic from beginning to end. The cottage itself is spacious, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It is secluded and very peaceful, perfect place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of Bar Harbor. Highly recommend and would certainly stay here again if we were ever back in the area.

Beautiful, secluded property

Great property and location to relax and unwind after days exploring Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. We enjoyed staying here for 3 nights in June. As a travel agent, I would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect, quiet retreat

My partner and I had the perfect stay at this calming, clean house with a backyard overlooking the water. Lovely to stay in a quiet area away from the bustle of Bar Harbor but still in close proximity to Acadia. Would happily return next time we visit the area.

Beautiful views to set along the water right out the back patio. Quiet, secluded and met all our needs. The new Acadia visitor center just opened about 12 minutes away you can catch the free shuttle from there to Bar Harbor, hiking trails etc. Recommend, wish we had stopped the first day to find this out.

Peaceful Cabin Getaway

This was exactly as advertised and we couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. The cabin sits in a secluded, quiet neighborhood right on the water that my Fiancé and I enjoyed each night after a long day in Acadia. If available we will definitely be booking this place again. This place is an absolute gem. Thank you for everything!

Perfect

Everything was great. Secluded area with beautiful view but close drive to everywhere we wanted to go. The cottage was very well stocked. If we get a chance to travel that way again, we’ll definitely stay here!
