DESCRIPTION OF THE COTTAGE

American fitted kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge freezer, gas and induction hob, electric coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, raclette maker, fondue maker, hand blender, grating and slicing robot;
Bathroom: large shower, WC, washing machine, hairdryer, towel radiator, large closet for storage;
1 separate WC;
2 bedrooms with single beds in each of the bedrooms, storage for each bedroom, 4 beds in total, 1 baby cot if necessary;
1st floor: 2 bedrooms with single beds in each bedroom, storage for each bedroom, sleeps 8 in total;
Reading and relaxation area: sofa, coffee table and 2 chairs;
Garden level: shower room, WC, relaxation-sports room and storage space;
Small garden area;
Miscellaneous: vacuum cleaner, broom, cleaning kit;
Free WIFI access;
Pets allowed on request. An animal security deposit of 300 euros is required, regardless of the length of stay;
Security deposit for the gîte: 500 euros, regardless of the length of stay.
The minimum number of nights for the Tapatoru reservation is 3 except on school holidays: 7 nights minimum from Saturday to Saturday.
