The Treehouse is a clean, well appointed home with elevated views of Carmel valley. My wife and our friends had a wonderful restful time hiking and cooking meals. Highly recommended.

Beautiful home exactly as described, nestled in the woods with stunning views all around and a peaceful, secluded atmosphere. The beds were very comfortable, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful with all the instructions. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place for a quiet getaway in Carmel!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Henderson Treehouse! The hosts, Tracey and Steve, were the best. We brought our three grandsons, and they had such a great time that they didn’t want to leave!We saw plenty of deer and wild turkeys during our stay. Everything we needed was provided, including supplies, games, toys, and more. We spent every evening around the fire pit and enjoyed cooking on the grill.The property was very peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax and spend quality time with our grandchildren. We highly recommend the Henderson Treehouse and hope to return someday!

So fun and different!!! We enjoyed the uniqueness of the property!!! Very clean! Very large and cozy space, we had four women on a girls trip and it was amazing to have our own bedrooms and everyone had plenty of space!!! Highly recommend. I loved their line of being mentally prepared because it is unique but so fun if you embrace it. Thanks for having us!

A very unique and secluded location with access to hiking trails right on the property. Kitchen was well equipped and included some essentials in pantry. Abundant wildlife was scene outside windows and doors. The deck also provided entertainment with dart board and fire pit. Many other house features and amenities were included making this a memorable stay.

The location was quiet and secluded, which was great. We were three couples, and having three full bathrooms was very convenient. Communication with the owner was quick and easy, and they kindly explained how to use everything in the house, so there were no inconveniences.The view from the house was also really nice, and the amenities were well-equipped.

The house had everything we needed in terms of amenities. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in! Outdoor space was fabulous and had gas for the heat lamp, grill, and cushions for the furniture.

This home was *so* beautiful. Plenty of space for a large group (we had 7 adults), and the hosts were welcoming, communicative, and responsive! The views are SO GOOD and I particularly enjoyed sitting by the large windows and basking in the sunshine like a cat.

This place was everything it says it is and more. I went for peace and quiet and nature. And I definitely got it. I saw the sun rise from bed, saw wild turkey and deer while drinking coffee on the deck, and heard woodpeckers while reading my book. There was also lots to do in the area for those looking for activities.The house is very much a treehouse while still being a house. Comfortable, spacious, and well thought out. Beds are super comfy, couches are spacious, and kitchen is well stocked.I literally don’t have a single critic. I so hope to come back again!

Gorgeous spot

We had a great weekend here. The view of the valley is incredible, the house clean and well stocked. Great secluded retreat, with Carmel Valley village just a 10-minute drive.

Short family vacation

Location was perfect for our family. We were unlucky with the weather so we really appreciated the wide variety of board games and plenty of firewood. Morning times we were treated to deer, wild turkeys and even a woodpecker as we enjoyed our coffee. We had a cosy stay

Perfect Getaway

This place was beyond beautiful with its location in the sky. A view out every window with spacious bedrooms and multiple baths. The deck is large and in great condition as we spent a lot of time enjoying the birds, turkeys and other wildlife. We would all recommend the place for another stay!

Beautiful house for a serene getaway

We really enjoyed our time at the treehouse - it's a beautiful home and the location and views are so serene! The house is very well stocked for cooking and well equipped with games and is a great setting for a group of friends or family!
