Why they chose this property

I've loved this property for over 15 years...it's always been one of my all time favorites in Santa Barbara. Finally, I got the opportunity to purchase it and now try and make it my guests' home away from home.

What makes this property unique

Close to downtown and may restaurants several blocks from it. Charming Spanish style. It's almost 100 years old, but been almost completely remodeled but kept all the charm. Has all the amenities, washer/dryer, modern kitchen, outdoor private spa, dual flush toilet, comfortable beds.
