We spent the month of January in this unit. Warren Beach Rentals were wonderful to work with. We left Minnesota earlier than planned and Warren worked with us to get the unit a few days early. It was clean and came well equipped. We loved our view from the balcony! Warren Beach Rentals was very transparent and they delivered for the price quoted. They were timely with their communications and if we had any questions they responded in minutes. Already making plans for next year!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This condo was a great spot for our first visit to PCB! The condo was very clean and comfortable. We felt right at home during our stay. The view of the beach was stunning and we enjoyed the many amenities of the condo. The location is perfect as it is close to the pier and many restaurants. Great 4th of July vacation

We stayed here on the week of the 4th. PCB is a little crowded during that time, but this condo was in the perfect location. We were able to walk to a lot of restaurants and pier park. The condo was awesome and had plenty of amenities. It also included beach chairs for the whole week which was nice. I would definitely rent from this place again

We enjoyed our stay. The fourth floor location was great. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing that I didn’t like was the sofa.
