Lovely property with lots of stuff for kids (ping pong, basketball, football, badminton etc).Only a few minutes walk into riberac and close to lovely villages like aubeterre.Would definitely recommend and owners are very kind.

The property didn’t disappoint! It was exceptionally clean with a great range of activities. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, clearly putting a lot of thought into making this a great holiday experience. There were plenty of extras that kept the children entertained and the location was fantastic — the Friday market was a real highlight. Overall, a wonderful family holiday. Highly recommended!

Agréable séjour dans cette maison bien entretenue et très bien équipée. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour en famille.Petit bémol toutefois, la femme de ménage vient le vendredi après midi (nous devons participer avec elle au nettoyage ce qui est normal) mais ce n'est pas pratique et oblige à faire tout le rangement dès le vendredi, alors que la location se termine le samedi.Ca a un peu perturbé notre après midi du vendredi.(signalé à la propriétaire).

Great holiday home. Perfect for families. Highly Recommend!

The amount of facilities and space this property has is huge and will keep you and your family entertained whatever the weather! The pool is fantastic, accessible straight off of the upstairs living space and a is really good size, retaining the sun throughout the day. It was in excellent condition during our stay. The games room downstairs with the high quality, full size football and table tennis table's were great fun. There is an adjoining door to the garage which provided further space to store additional bikes we had brought with us (however there were six bikes the hosts would have lent us). The split bedrooms upstairs and downstairs with independent good quality bathrooms allowed us to have space from kids which worked well. The basketball net, trampoline, swing were all used but we kept the kids off the PS4 and satellite TV. The house is on a very quiet road during the school holidays but there is a busy road 75m the other way which you will hear throughout the night. We felt the benefits make up for this. There is a Lidl a five minute walk up the hill and the high street five minutes down the hill. Other than bikes rides we did not do much else as the house had more than enough to entertain us all and allow us to relax. Great communication with the hosts before our stay. They met us on our arrival showed us around and they left us undisturbed for the rest of the week whilst knowing they were contactable should they be require. Highly recommend, especially for families.
