Welcome to our beautiful vacation home, located in the prestigious gated community of Terra Verde www.terraverderesort.net/video.html. The perfect location for your Orlando vacation. I have put my heart and soul in this Villa, and I have to enjoy this villa several times a year with my loved ones. You will see a difference for others' villa that are solidly rentals properly. If you are searching for the perfect vacation home, you find it where you create memories that will last a lifetime.

THE HOUSE INCLUDES-

Large 6 bedroom 4.5 bathroom 2 master bedrooms all room have brand new smart TVs, private heated pool and spa PLEASE NOTE SPA NOT A HOT TUB with a security fence to protect the lithe ones, You can enjoy the pool any time after a long day at the parks or just out exploring all Orlando have to offer. Fully equipped kitchen with brand new stainless appliances and Nespresso machine, Keurig coffeemaker, waffle maker, erelectric kettle everything you need in a kitchen. Has my guest you will get complimentary Keurig coffee pods and 3 Nespresso capsules, tea bags, cream, and sugar packages? Washer and dryer for your convenience. Please note that the pool heater is available for an additional fee of $40.00 per night must be for the duration of your stay.

I understand that traveling is not an easy thing especially when traveling with kids and large groups and doesn't always go the way we plan that's way I will provide complimentary toiletries to get you started on you vacation,

Guests are expected to purchase their own supplies during their stay.

Pool heat is recommended for use from November through March. Please note pool heater is available for and additional fee of $45 per day must be pay for the complete duration of your stay, The pool is heated between 83F to 86F and the HotTub between 100f to 104F. PLEAESE NOTE Heat pump pool heaters work efficiently as long as the outside temperature remains above the 45ºF–50ºF range, IT CAN TAKE UP TO 48 HOURS TO HEAT THE POOL AND THAT THIS IS AND OUT POOL AND THE WATER TEMPERATURE IS AFFECTED BY THE WEATHER. Otherwise, the clubhouse pool and spa will be heated and available for your use at no extra charge.

The property manager has a 24/7 support line, and the owners are dedicated to ensuring that you have the best vacation ever.

The warmth of the pool and Spa is what put the icing on the cake for us! It was mid January when we traveled to FL and the weather got as low as 35 degrees at night. But, that didn't deter us from getting into the pool and spa. They both worked perfectly well and stayed very warm (Spa-was hot). The house was clean, bedding was comfortable, and the kitchen supplied us with everything we needed. The owner always kept in touch with us to make sure we had everything we needed so we could feel at home. The location of the property was quiet, near Disney, UNiversal, food, and grocery stores. NO complaints here! I would definitely reccommend staying here for short and/or long term stays.

Gorgeous home and a beautiful neighborhood. We had tons of room in this home and it was perfect for our girls trip to the Premiere Orlando Hair Show!
