Amazing rental and host

Great location and very nice, clean and comfortable apartment. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evening! Well equipped and a short walk to restaurants, attractions, and beautiful old town. The location is perfect! On the fourth floor so quiet and a parking spot is included. The host/owner is extremely nice, available, and ready to give help and information. He made our stay easy and comfortable. Would definitively recommend this apartment and we would love to come back. Really happy with our stay! Merci infiniment Nikolas!

Prima appartment voor enkele nachten

Het appartement was schoon en ruim, de ontvangst vriendelijk en de ligging centraal. We waren blij met de garage en met de hulp bij het parkeren. Nadelen waren er wel: het verkeerslawaai en de warme kamers na een zonnige dag. De badkamer miste haken en er waren weinig handdoeken. Ook de keuken miste o.a. vaatwasmiddel en een theedoek. €0,50 voor koffiecapsules betalen vonden we vrij bizar; maak dan het appartement een paar euro duurder.

My wife and I spent 4 days here, lovely area, 3 min walk to the Metro. Walking distance to l’île de Nantes, communication was great with owners. Nothing to complain about. Merci beacoup Nicolas et Lydie.

Très bien situé, l'appartement de Nicolas est de plus agréable, zen et lumineux. Le mobilier et la literie sont de qualité. Aucun bruit de voisinage ni de vis à vis. Le parking est un vrai plus pour ce logement situé à proximité immédiate du centre de Nantes. Merci à Nicolas pour son accueil remarquable. Nous avons malheureusement dû anticiper notre départ d'une journée à cause du confinement. Là encore, Nicolas a été arrangeant en nous proposant de nous rembourser au prorata.

Emplacement idéal

Nous étions en couple pour visiter Nantes et cet appartement est idéal. Bien situé près des centres d’interêt nous n’avons pas eu besoin de la voiture, nous avons circulé en tram. L’appartement est lumineux sans aucun vis à vis , c’est appréciable. Très bon accueil du propriétaire Nicolas. Petit détail qui peut intéresser les nageurs comme nous : la piscine olympique est en face l’appartement. Plusieurs commerces à proximité (Carrefour market arrêt tram « commerce ») Le samedi matin un marché se tient sur le grand parking à côté de l’immeuble. Bref! Une très bonne adresse.
