Unit is 650 sqft and has all necessary amenities. Very secure with keypad code access into building. Unit is accessed from the interior of the complex. Secure parking.

Upon arriving the building manager will schedule a move in orientation with you. There is a fee of $300 for this orientation. The manager will collect this fee from you.
