Lovely wooden house located in the Cap Ferret village, 2 min walk from Plage des Américains, 10 min walk from Ocean beaches, 15 minu walk from typical marketplace, many bicycle paths are very close to the house.
The house is composed of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets (one on the first floor), well equiped kitchen, dining and living room, nice covered terrace, small garden, BBQ, WIFI, 2 parking spaces.

Arrival by Sea shuttle and train is possible. Sea shuttle Bélisaire-Arcachon is located at the jetty 10 min walk from the house and train from Arcachon to Paris or Bordeaux or many other cities are available daily during high season.
For stays of 7 nights or more, linen, towels,linen and cleaning are provided . Cleaning respecting strict health protocole after each stay is included. It is done by a professional concierge service.
For shorter stays, It is not included but available on request. Rental of linen and towels are possible (15 euros per person for linen, 7 euros per person for towels and bathmats, 100 euros for cleaning after departure)
There are 2 queen size beds 160*200 , 2 twin beds 80*200 (they can be fixed together to fit a queen size bed) and 3 bunk beds 80*190, 2 duvets for 2 persons and 6 duvets for 1 person and 10 pillows (pillowcase dimensions 65*65).
