The house was very nice and had all supplies we needed. Handy laundry in garage. Nice beach access. Kids loved the pool which is just behind the home so you can see and hear them from back screened in porch. Host and property manager quick and responsive and easy to work with. Would chose this property again if we return to St Augustine

Really easy walk to the beach, the beach is lovely and the dunes are so healthy and beautiful. The house is clean, well equipped, just as described on the listing. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and in a very good location. We were in contact with the property manager and the owner and both were very friendly and responsive. We hope to stay here again.
