Escape to the lake - cozy 2 BR cottage
Cozy two bedroom cottage with full kitchen. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the lake from the large deck. Conveniently located near all that Lake Erie has to offer. Birders will enjoy being 2 miles from Magee Marsh. Enjoy fishing? Located just a few minutes from multiple marinas for access to boat ramps and dozens of fishing charter boats. 10 minutes from Port Clinton, 35 minutes to Toledo, Sandusky, Cedar Point, multiple water parks, public beaches, ferries to the island. ect.
The space
-1 Queen bed, 1 double bed, 2 twin (bunk beds), and the sofa pulls out into a double. Also there is a roll away twin bed for additional bedding.
-Wall mounted TV
-Wifi/ Cable
-Well equipped kitchen with range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, full size refrigerator, utensils, plates, glasses, pots and pans
-Full size washer and dryer
-Walk in shower (no bath tub)
-Propane grill
-Large deck with outdoor table and chairs
-Single floor (not handicapped accessible as there is a half flight of stairs to access the home)

An access code will be provided for keyless entry.
