Renovated in late 2022, it’s very bright, and its balcony overlooks a quiet garden. Comfortable and cosy, close to tourist attractions yet away from the hustle and bustle, you’ll enjoy your trip to Nantes in both winter and summer—or use it as a base to explore the region. Fully equipped and furnished to make you feel right at home, you’ll love recharging here.

The studio apartment with hardwood floors is located in a beautiful building with an lift. It consists of an entryway with a large closet (walk-in closet + shelves), a main room, a bathroom, and a balcony with unobstructed views.
The main room features a fully equipped kitchenette (glass-ceramic hob, range hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven), a work area, and a space for reading or watching TV (Orange cable subscription).
The new bedding includes a mattress designed for sensitive backs.

Clean & great location

A great location - 10mins walk to train station and city centre. The apartment was very clean, quiet and has everything you need! The host was great and was very pleasant and easy to communicate with! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Jewel in the crown

Cannot recommend this apartment and host highly enough. The apartment was amazing. It was spotless and had everything you could possibly need or want. The location was fantastic. It was quiet and tranquil but still less than a 10 minute walk from the hub of bars and restaurants. It also felt very safe. The host was charm himself. Nothing was a problem, not even turning up at 7.15 am on day of departure to say good bye. We would stay there again without any doubt.
