Family Vacation

This property was very clean and updated. The manager had left a lot of personal touches including items you could use if you had forgotten them at home. Highly recommend this condo.

This property and house was perfect for our needs. The house was comfortable, clean and well kept. The boat access, pool, and washer/dryer in very close proximity made the trip fun, relaxing and easy! We did have one issue as the AC unit went out but they were so quick in their response and getting it fixed ASAP, even with needing to purchase and install a whole new unit.

Nice but compact

We had a nice week here and enjoyed the visit from a manatee mom and calf. Property fine but probably a little more compact than we expected. However all facilities provided.

Dolphin Trip

This condo has been completely updated. Even has tile on the ceiling in the bathrooms. Convenient location near restaurants, grocery stores and bait shops. Great boating with good dock and access to a fuel dock and launch ramp on the premises. We would stay here again and would recommend this condo to anyone looking for good accomodations and fishing experience.

We had an awesome time very clean lotta space we left there a day early due to the hurricane coming hopefully will get back down there again! But overall awesome place to stay

With still having younger children, we wanted to have a place that would offer something for everyone. We know you will enjoy it as much as our family does.

We knew when we first decided to look in Marathon that we wanted our space to be waterfront with the option for docking our boat. With the amenities that our condo has to offer, we knew we found the perfect spot. With the closeness to the beach and pool for our family to relax in after being on the water, what more could we ask for...

What makes this property unique

This space is unique as it offers all of the best options in Marathon. We are located so close to such great restaurants, perfect location to the wonderful sandbars just outside our waterways, having the slip right outside our back door sure makes loading the boat for the day a breeze. We also have a wonderful area outside our back door to relax while grilling up today's fresh catch.
