Downtown Leadville: easy access to everything!

Photo gallery for Downtown Leadville: easy access to everything!

You'll appreciate the well-preserved charm of this historic 1876 Victorian home, which doesn't sacrifice modern amenities. South-facing on a corner lot on West 4th, you get proximity to downtown AND amazing mountain views.
After a day on the slopes or on a cool summer evening, you'll really enjoy this brand new six-person Master spa hot tub with unobstructed views of Colorado’s two highest peaks!
Of note, this backyard sits along Maple street and the 4-5 foot backyard fence does not provide full visual privacy while in the hot tub. But the views can’t be beat.

A native of Austin, Texas, I moved to Leadville CO in 2015, trading heat and humidity for cool mountain air! I love Rocky Mountain living in every season and spend my free time mountain biking, snowboarding, camping and exploring new trails. Although it was a bike race that first brought me to Leadville, the friendly atmosphere & 360 degree mountain views are the reason I made it home. If you’ve spent time in this humble little town you know exactly what I mean! If you haven't, what are you waiting for??
