My husband & I come to New Orleans at least once a year for a Saints game. Sometimes we make it down to NOLA for another trip or two. We really enjoyed the up to date appliances, cleanliness, & outside sitting of this nice Victorian home. The bed was comfortable & I loved that the bedroom we used had good blinds to accommodate sleeping later when we wanted. Robert was great to answer any questions as well. We would definitely stay here again!
I don’t know where to start! This property was a gem and so very blessed to have found it. This was the first time my wife and I had been to New Orleans, and this property made the trip that much more special. The location is absolutely beautiful and perfect for getting around the city, getting coffee, food or just walking the streets . Robert was fantastic, and could not have been a better host. He was so helpful with giving ideas for what to see and do in the city. We packed so much into our week there, but I swear I could have stayed two. I can’t say enough about Robert, this amazing house or the wonderful city we stayed in. Thank you for sharing your house with us, and we will be back!
We stayed beginning of July. The host provided excellent tips on traveling through the city. Very charming location. Had one small issue our last night, and one text to the host solved it. We had an amazing time and experience here.
The house was as beautiful as it was historic. In a very accessible area to Bourbon St, St Charles and the World War II Museum, everything is within walking distance. Bars/breweries and eateries are plentiful around the area. Highly recommend.
Exceptional spot for a stay in NOLA. Comfortable, lovely decor, fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Great shower with plenty of hot water. Convenient location, excellent communication. Would definitely stay again.
Highly recommend! Great location - coffee shop and a bar 1/2 block away. Local restaurants from low key to amazing cuisine. You can sit outside in the back or on the front porch. The quality of everything is excellent. Exceeded my expectations.
We’ve stayed at this property multiple times. We love it and the neighborhood. We literally never got in a car. So walkable. The house has everything you need and more. Great communication with host. Tons of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and local businesses nearby. Walk to the WWII museum.
Just as described. Great location, walking distance to great restaurants and the WWII museum. Clean with comfortable beds. Host was in good communication.
The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. The location was perfect a short walk to the WWII museum our primary destination. The host was always prompt in answering any questions that arose. The best part that there was nothing, I mean nothing, to do on check-out. I have always wondered why we are paying cleaning fees but have many tidy duties on the last day of our stay. It was a pleasant stay and I highly recommend this property
We loved the location as it was just far enough away from all the busyness but close enough to walk to whatever we wanted. Thank you for a great place to stay.
This was by far one of my favorite VRBO stays. The house was gorgeous—even better looking than the pictures—and the location was perfect for easily getting around New Orleans. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was gourmet and had every pot, pan and spice we needed, and the porch kitty was a special bonus. Thank you for letting us share your family’s historic home!
Great stay in the Classic New Orleans Victorian charmer! Enjoyed this charming typical NOLA place with its soaring ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors but modern kitchen and bathroom. Keep in mind that you have to walk through one bedroom to get to the next, which may not work for all groups though it was fine for our visit with our adult daughter for a few days. The location is conveniently located -- it's about a 30 minute walk to the French Quarter and 15 minutes or so further into the Garden District. French Trunk Coffee is basically next door, and I enjoyed a mani-pedi at the Spa Isbell across the street. This is a great spot for a New Orleans stay!
