Our stay in downtown Asheville was fantastic! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was the perfect setup for a getaway with my adult siblings — plenty of space to relax together while still feeling cozy and welcoming.The location was one of the best parts. We could easily walk to restaurants, breweries, shops, and everything downtown Asheville has to offer, which made the trip so convenient and fun. The host was communicative, helpful, and made check-in/check-out seamless.We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the property and felt right at home during our stay. This downtown apartment was in the perfect location for walking to everywhere we wanted to go. The amenities were great and the bed was really comfortable. I love the old architecture in the apartment too. There’s plenty of space for a large family to spread out. We really enjoyed our visit.

The apartment was great. We were in Asheville on a girls trip. The location was perfect, close to everything, and very walkable. The only downside was parking - we used the pay to park lot at the end of the street. The beds were very comfortable and the space was roomy and more than accommodating for our group of 5 women.

What a gem!!

We stayed here while visiting family for Christmas and it was just perfect! Comfy beds, perfect location close to everything, easy to find parking, tons of space. Only complaint would be that it’s a bit drafty in the winter but the nice thick curtains kept most of that out. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family!

The kitchen was equipped. The bathrooms looked pieced together with the doors to the bathroom illfitted. The shower doors were not in alignment. The parking is terrible not user-friendly. This is in old part of town.The entrance is basically in a alley where their trash pickup is. I was was surprised at the amount of homeless people were on the streets. I realized this area is trying to make a comeback from flooding damage. The stores and buildings are very old. For some people this is a interesting and artistic area. As a senior person l realize that my comfort and expection are different then a 30 yr old. My biggest complaint would be the parking. It can be very expensive. One thing l did enjoy was meeting the friendly people around the area.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment had plenty of space for our family to spread out—our kids had the entire lower level to themselves, while the upper level gave my husband and me a comfortable place to sleep and relax. The open living/dining/kitchen area was spacious and great for family time, although we spent most of our days out exploring.The location is fantastic—located and within walking distance of many great downtown spots. We mainly used the apartment for sleeping and getting ready each day, and it served that purpose perfectly. Easy and secure parking at the nearby Civic Center garage was a big plus.Would definitely recommend!

18th Birthday Trip

This place was perfect! We had plenty of room. It was clean,comfortable,and very stylish. Beds were comfy,plenty of extra bedding and towels.Great location,however,I definitely suggest not driving down Chicken Alley, even if gps tells you to. I literally thought my suv was stuck on the tiny corner turn. Also street parking is free after 6pm and all day Sunday,otherwise park in the deck on Rakin rd.We’d love to come back and stay here again . We loved it!!
