About this property

Cozy Modern Farmhouse

The location of this cozy Diamond Point modern farmhouse is perfect for guests who want to take advantage of activities in both Lake George and Bolton Landing. This unique home sits on half an acre and boasts a sprawling backyard for family games or you can cozy up by the fireplace after a long day of skiing or hiking to watch Netflix. Enjoy your favorite beverage or book while rocking in one of the front porch rockers. You’ll get a great night’s rest for the activities you have planned in either of the two master bedrooms. One master bedroom is upstairs and the other is downstairs with french doors leading to the deck for some late night star gazing. The kids will have sweet dreams in their bunk beds. There’s even a tee pee tent upstairs for imaginary play. Close to beaches, Lake George village /restaurants/hiking trails/ skiing/ Great Escape and outlets.

There were 4 in our family group and we were all very comfortable staying in this home. It is a perfect location to explore the area, cook a few family meals, relax at night and watch a movie together in. The busy street made it a hard place to bike from, but we found nearby trails to bring our bikes to. The gas grill, fire pit, picnic table and long back yard was perfect for making summer meals. We’d definitely return for Lake George vacations! Things we loved: the main bedroom, kitchen, front porch, comfy atmosphere, kid friendly bedroom, privacy, backyard!

Very clean and cozy home. The hosts were highly communicative. Great home if you have elderly guests with limited mobility; the stairs were manageable, and I appreciated having a place where my in-laws could stay on the first floor. The driveway is a bit steep, and we bottomed out in our minivan, so enter and exit at an angle.

We stayed here as a group of 6 which is max. The house is beautiful and comes with everything you need. It’s close the LG village and Bolton so you are never far away from where you need to be!
