Home was really well stocked, clean and very close to the beach. Great backyard for kids. We had some issues during our stay, totally out of control of the owner/manager, but they were very quick to respond and offer assistance. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Cocoa Beach House. It was so clean and had everything you could possibly need. Our grand kids loved all the kid friendly areas…especially the mini golf in the back yard. Perfect location with quick beach access and the beach is just beautiful. Would definitely stay again!

The property was very welcoming, and had a great location. The beach was an easy walk, with the wagon, umbrellas and chairs all provided. The house was in a quieter area, which was nice to hang out at, after going to any of the many restaurants and bars close by. Would certainly recommend it for any beach lover.

Hi! We're a Florida-based family who absolutely loves hosting guests in beautiful Cocoa Beach. What started as one special home — Sunny Lane Beach House — quickly grew into a true passion for helping families and friends make lasting memories by the sea. We recently added our second property, Coral Palm Beach House, and we hope you love it just as much as we do!

We’re a family of five: one of our kids is a Marine Corps officer and pilot-in-training, another is a Gator at the University of Florida, and our youngest is in middle school. I’m a Florida native who’s called Orlando home since the '80s. While we love to travel and explore this incredible country, Florida — and Cocoa Beach in particular — will always have our hearts.

We can’t wait to share this slice of sunshine with you. Let us know how we can help make your stay unforgettable!
