We had a wonderful experience at this Dune House Villa. The unit was very clean .All the comforts of home were included within the condo itself which was quite convenient, especially having the washer and dryer on site. Thomas, our guest host, was readily available to answer an important question upon arrival( we were lost within the community LOL). Thomas guided us to the proper location executing much patience.An added bonus: the HHI was absolutely lovely which added to our delightful stay!Legit 5 Star recommendation from Jersey visitors!P.S. Thank you, Thomas along with your efficient on site contact , Michelle, as well as your fine cleaning service!

Access to the property was easy and smooth. Everything was clean and ready to start our stay. The location is excellent, centrally located to all that Palmetto Dunes has to offer. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Beautiful condo!!! Very relaxing and comfortable living room furniture and queen beds very comfortable and the bedding was very nice. The condo overall was very clean. Host was very responsive with all my questions and took care of anything I asked about. Very nice touch having beach chairs and a wagon to carry your chairs and cooler to the beach. Beach access is awesome, just steps away from the condo and the balconies overlook the pool.

We truly enjoyed our time at The Moorings Condo hosted by Tom! The condo is super comfortable and homey! We enjoyed all of the little touches and art work! The rooms were spacious and the condo was well equipped for all of our needs! The condo is a quick walk to the beach and overlooks the pool! Both were used on our stay! Tom and the property manager had excellent communication and we felt like we were at home! If you are considering a trip to Palmetto Dunes, this is your place!

Perfect Getaway

Close to the beach, perfect setup for two couples, fully stocked and perfect weather which definitely added to the experience. Easy to work with post and would definitely stay here again if we came back to Hilton Head.

Lovely Condo in Great Location

Our family has come to this property two years in a row because we love the quiet location in Palmetto Dunes and proximity to the complex pool and beach access. The owner and property manager are very responsive.
